1812 Liberal Club has decided to award the Freedom to José Pedro Pérez Llorca. Thus, the association wants to reward political work done by the English as a parent of Constitution of 1978.

The award ceremony will be next Saturday at 20:30 hours in Cadiz Casino and is framed in the activities of the Liberal Club to celebrate the 199 anniversary of the 1812 Constitution.
For its part, the City of Cadiz continues constitutional acts of the month of March. For this, the Consistory has prepared two new activities.
In Cadiz Casino will deliver the Eighth Constitutional Studies Award 1812.
