Quito (Pichincha) .- With the intervention of the Foreign Minister of Guyana, Carolyn Rodrigues, the meeting started Extraordinary Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR), which takes place on Friday 11 March in the Ecuadorian capital.
